Are there any homebrew recipies that would result in a very golden colored brew? i.e. Stella or Bud

A ton. Besides pilsner lager, there's hefeweizens, wit beers, blonde ales, helles bock, cream ales...

If you are using extracts, don't add all of it at the beginning of the boil, save half of it for the end so that the color doesn't darken as much. If you are using all grain, use mostly base malts and very light specialty grain, carapils, or the lightest crystal (10L).

If you can picture a beer, think of a flavor, or generate a recipe idea, there's a way to accomplish it via homebrewing. The sky's the limit!
