Once you go conical, you'll never go back!!! Easy to dump trud, easy to harvest yeast, no more racking to secondary, Bottle or keg right out of the fermentor...etc.
I have 4 30 gallon conicals.... love them.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but once you go conical, you've got a major cash outlay toward it. It would take alot to "go back"

Seriously though, if money and space are no problem and you can keep the temperature regulated, it is the preferred choice.
