I was wondering if you could check the gravity of beer after it's carbonated or if the bubbles would mess up your readings. Is there any way of correcting for carbonation. Any help appreciated.

just get the bubbles out. I don't think the dissolved CO2 skews the gravity by much, but the bubbles get in the way of getting an accurate measurement. I like to pour the beer between 2 glasses a few times or let it run though a paper towel that I placed into a funnel.
