Default Brew now pitch later (Cider)

I have just picked up all the fixens to make the panty droppin Cider.
see: http://www.homebrewtalk.com//showthread.php?t=31460

I have some time tonight to brew but do not have the yeast yet. My LBS opens tomorrow at 10 and I can get the yeast then. If I prep the Cider tonight and pitch tomorrow will I have any problems?

Thanks
