Default Belgian / American Hybrid Water Profiles

I'm brewing a Saison on Friday and a Blonde Ale on Sunday and would like to build the water from scratch.

Most styles seem to have a city's water profile to match -- like Pilzen, Burton on Trent, London, etc....but I can't find anything that would help me know what would be the best water profile for a Belgian Saison and Blonde Ale. Any suggestions on where to look?
