Default Beer 'n' Cheese + FOOD

lads,
I got some stuipd biz, but some of the most important questions to asked. How long, is to long for Camembert cheese? I ask, becuase I got a "Starters kit". Now I don't really want to kill my friends, but maybe some need it (JOKING)

Beer and chesse seem to go well together, but I'm learning the beer part...and now up rooted myself completely with the cheese part.....I must be the biggest freck'n dumb ass ever, or well freck'n drunk....

Batch #24 (I wasn't happy, f^%King flat as my man tits).. I'll bin it, if it doesn't improve with age.

Note: I want to know about cheeses, not beer (Well both, but I'm aimed at cheeses for now.) All ideas are great.

Cheers, Fello brewers.
