Default Beech-Nut Baby Oatmeal Cereal as an Adjunct

I've got some Beech-Nut Homestyle Baby Cereal, Single Grain Oatmeal lying around from my youngest son who doesn't eat it anymore. Can I throw this into my next batch of homebrew?

Oat Flour, Sunflower Lecithin.

It'll mash, but lecithin is an emulsifier and who knows what that will do to your beer? I can't imagine it would help your head retention, but it will probably be drinkable.
