I have used only dry yeast so far. I rehydrate it first. I got a system down that when the yeast is at pitching temps, everything else is ready to go. Pour the wort into the primary, dump in the make up water, that alone helps out with aeration as well. Pitch the yeast and then agitate it with my brew spoon, a lot, for about 5 minutes and then button it up. So far, all has been well.
