ello,
Ok, master fruitbeer brewers...what's your opinion on adding apricot puree to the wort/beer?
1. Add right after boiling is done
2. Add to primary
3. Add to secondary
I'm leaning toward #3, cuz I thought if I add it to the primary, the first few days of fermentation might blast krausen all over the ceiling...
