Default added gelatin to room temp secondary

as the title says i added gelatin to a room temp secondary. Been 3 days and havnt seen any difference. I know this method works best on a cold crashed secondary but that isnt possible for me right now. Is this going to work? should i go ahead and transfer to my keg? Is it going to taste like hooves?

You need to get it colder for it to work, 60-70F temps just won't do it. You can transfer to your keg and then cool right? It'll drop out then and you'll have a pint or so of "Jello Beer", then all will be right with the world.

DOH!!! Have you ever made Jello and let it sit at room temp and it solidified? No...

The beer has to be cold for it to work properly.

What's room temp? It's still winter in Coatesville isn't it?

Gelatin always works better when the brew is cool to cold.

my house stays between 62 and hits a high of 68 for a few hours a day.
It might be a little warmer here than Atkinson.

It could be since we get colder than Alaska at times...

(Incidently, my parents were from Philly and I was born in Camden, although we lived in So Philly for a while.)
