Then RO is your best bet once you get the money. A small unit is under $200 but I don't know that it will last you. Might check with Culligan, you can rent and they take care of it. They're probably pricey.

Or just ignore your water chemistry and see how your beer comes out. Surely you've brewed with your water already and have had some decent results? Else why start a small commericial operation.

I wish that was true. I believe MOST AG brewers don't have a clue about water.( not people hear but the 95% of brewers that don't read this board). I always new our water was a problem . . But not MY problem. Until now.

I didn't start the brewery. Just a obsessed consultant.

I'm the non YES man that said. You know . . . This has a certain ...problem. We must fix it.

I swear. Some brewers must never hear that their beer has a problem. To many YES people.
