Default 1st Really Easy Brew Day

Just wanted to post that I had my first no brainer easy and fun brew day. I have done enough AG to not stress about my temps and efficiency. I pay close attention, but know everything turns out OK each time. So what happens? It is the most relaxed brew day to date and my efficiency is the highest I have ever gotten it (78% batch sparging). My nut brown will be 6% instead of about 5.25% wow....no complaints here though.

My point is that, as stated by so many others......AG is easy and makes such a better product (but you really gotta have the time)

Just thought I'd share.....keep on chuggin'
