If you have a winemaking shop nearby you should be able to find 25% Phosphoric Acid, it's used for wine lab work. Having it shipped usually involves Hazmat fees that make it quite expensive.

Shipping is only expensive because of the hazardous goods issue when the quantity is over a gallon. If acids are purchased by the quart, there is not typically a hazardous shipping fee. I have purchased 85% phosphoric from Duda Diesel and it was quite reasonable.

It varies. The technical grade stuff I use in the brewery to remove beerstone is 75%. The reagent grade stuff I have in the lab is 80%. Homebrew shops sell more dilute solutions perhaps 40%. Go on line to some of the larger homebrew suppliers.

Update: Being more informed regarding water, I had adjusted using adding distilled to tap water and adding calciim chloride based on EzCalc and Brun n Water sheets. I have brewed two beers, flavor has vastly improved and a bonus has been increased mash efficiency, 80%.
