Default Using Wolfram Alpha for brewing
It seems like a pretty good tool for doing calculations, and has a pretty good database of things so far. It gives basic ingredient info and science

hop - Wolfram|Alpha
Saccharomyces cerevisiae - Wolfram|Alpha


Domain searches give a lot of info too; http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=homebrewtalk.com

Unfortunately it is returning too many connection errors to do any in depth queries...

They've been having a massive user overload with it's release, probably due to how cool it is. Hopefully we can play with it and see it's full potential in a week or so.
