Default Sparge/Mash Confusion

IM relatively new yo water Chem but feel like I'm getting a good start. I am currently using gypsum and calcium chloride as well as Epsom(rarely) to make up my mineral additions. Due to my high alkaline tap I dilute 50/50 most the time.

I am using EZ Calc for my plannings

Tonight I am doing a copy of orfy's mild and will be splitting my water for the first time. In the past I have just heated all my water upfront with all my additions together and pulled out of the keggle as nessisary. Tonight I would like to use my hot and do the waters separately if possible.

My question is this. What additions go where. Should I put them all in the mash tun. Should I split them with the boil. And how to I use the spreadsheet to figure out what goes where?

Thanks in advance!
