I'll bet there's a great source for the various minerals we use to adjust our water? (CaCO2, CaCL, CaSO4, etc.)

Buying this stuff in the tiny little bottles is not very cost effective. Gotta a good source?

Epsom salt is dirt cheap at any drugstore, like CVS. Baking soda and table salt can, of course, be purchased from any grocery store.

I have been purchasing gypsum, calcium carbonate and calcium chloride from homebrew suppliers, but I am sure there are alternatives to those ingredients as well.

I've seen all of them available in one pound bags on Ebay and random online brew shops. It's dirt cheap in just about any increment anyway. I bought CaCl and found I really have no use for it unless I start from distilled/RO.

Gypsum is the only one I use in any quantity. I bought a couple pounds of it some long time ago from MoreBeer. When that runs out, I'll buy another lb or two.
I also buy Irish Moss by the pound from the LHBS. I end up throwing some away because it doesn't keep indefinitely, but it's much cheaper than buying it is 1 or 2 ounce bottles.
