Default Residual Alkalinity

At what point is the residual alkalinity just too low and how does it affect the beer? The adjustments required in order to get my ions and PH right put my RA at -66. I can’t seem to find any info addressing this.

Its dependent upon the grist that you are mashing. A RA of -66 could be fine for a number of beers, but too low for others.
