I don't believe that without them listing any dimensions or weights. A single oak cube is about 1/2" squared, so the surface are would be 3"^2. There are about 34 cubes per ounce, which would be 102"^2.
Plus you can't get the same nice gradation of toast level through a thin wafer as you can with thicker cubes.
