Hey, I have an update. It's still too early to comment on the quality of the bitterness, since there's still a lot of yeast in suspension, but the beer seems to taste pretty normal to me. It also seems to smell what I'd guess a touch of special roast + amarillo hops would smell like. I could definitely pick out the distinct flavor of the special roast. I'll reserve final judgement until after it's cold crashed/kegged/biofine clear treated, since the bitterness of yeast+hop oils tends to be a bit harsh for me.
