(((((Need help with water profile)))))))

All,
I have a pale ale in my primary right now and I was looking at the water profile for pale ales and it seems that I am wayyyyyy off. I'm thinking that there is going to be some pretty noticeable flavors or lack thereof. I am going to copy my water report and I was hoping I could get some input on what to add next time. I have Beersmith but I am really still learning how to use it.
