Does anyone know of a source for finding out malt specifics? I keep running into the problem where my software doesn't have a certain malt in its database and when I go to add it in I can't find all of the info I'd like to have for it.

I was just searching for Weyermann Cara-wheat but on the Weyermann website all I could find was it's EBC and Lovibond. I'm looking for information like:

moisture:
Protein:
O.G. (lb/gal)
etc

I was hoping someone might know of a resource that keeps track of all of these malt specifics. :tank:
 
And to convert the extract as a percentage to pppg multiply by 0.46
i.e. 81% extract * 0.46 = 37.26 pppg or a gravity of 1.037
