EZ water question
|
|
Just got my water report back from Ward, and I need to change some stuff. So I open up EZ water and start playing with it. Question I have is under adjustments there is mash additions and sparg/boil additions. Is this a one or the other thing, or do I need to add my salts to both? Thanks.

You add both unless you uncheck the radio button for a given salt.

Oh, thanks. The ratio button is not on the web based version.

In that case yeah, you'd add both.
