hey all...shot in the dark here with this fairly specific question.
i'm curious about the ethyl acetate levels in the wyeast 2112. i've been playing around with the WL810, brewing a common and then an american lager to really bring out the subtleties of the yeast. i've noticed with the WL810 is there is a little ethyl acetate that comes along with fermentation (listed as 23ppm). curious what wyeast's ca common strain does?
btw...no high fermentation temps, and decent aeration with both 810 brews.
thanks.
