Default Carbonation and Evaporation Formulas

I am in the process of building an android brewing app that has a bunch of different calculators and a timer. I am going to be distributing this free to anyone who wants it through the android market as soon as its finished (which is looking to be less than a month right now). I have run into a big of a snag trying to find formulas for both bottling carbonation and co2 carbonation and evaporation rate. Does anyone have the actual formulas used for either of these items and care to share them so I can implement those calculators into the app?

Time to brush up on your chemistry! But don't worry, it's fairly straightforward. Here's an article from BYO on carbonation: http://www.byo.com/stories/techniques/article/indices/21-carbonation/1276-priming-with-sugar

Beyond that...what kind of formula are you looking for about evaporation? I don't think it's possible to reliably predict boil-off, and likewise most software just uses a posited "gallons/hour" value.
