Probably not but note that I've put 'probably' in italics.

The way to know how much to add is to check the pH with a meter. If it says your pH is in the right range (5.4-5.6) don't add anything. If it says your pH is below that range add a wee bit of pickling lime and check again.

Best to do this with a 'test mash' (1 pound of grain) before brew day so you will know how much pickling lime, if any, will be needed when you brew.
