I am thinking of building my own water using store-bought distilled water. Are there any special techniques needed to do this? Basically, I'm worried about the salts either not dissolving thoroughly and/or precipitating out.
My plan was to use one of the various spreadsheets/calculators around to figure out how much of what salts to add and then add the appropriate amounts in to my mash and the then the rest into the boil kettle. Will this work? Anything I need to look out for?
