Default Wonder what I caught in the backyard.

I made a starter on Oct. 4th and set it outside for around 36 hours. Here's what is growing in it now.



That picture is a couple days old. The pellicule is really fluffy now.
It really smells like brett (to me)... But I'm wondering what I grabbed.. which of course, is really hard to tell from a picture lol.

For a few days, it really smelled of lactic acid, but it is starting to smell fruity like a Brett B starter.
