Default Will sour beers sour in the bottle?

I'm just curious if a 7 month old Flanders Red would continue to sour in the bottle after the pellicle falls.

Yeah. You might even see a pellicle reform in the bottle. I don't see the beer getting more sour but once it gets under pressure the brett character really seems to intensify -- in a good way.

what ram said... I've had multiple beers increase in character in the bottle and brett especially comes out after bottle aging.

I know the old (C&C, bottle conditioned) La Folie bottles got much more sour with age.
