Default wild yeast

I caught a wild yeast used starter
added to 3# of extra light dme
and 1 oz of cascade
2 gallon

fermented fast and crazy
fermentation is complete do I let sit and see if something happens?
or bottle doesn't taste that funky now hoppy but hop residue was in sample
