Default Primary fermentation with Roeselare

I have some n00b questions. here's what i've done:

I brewed a quick 1 gallon extract batch with about 9 IBUs and put it in a glass cider jug with an airlock. I filled 3 other 1 gal cider jugs with stuff I had kegged that I thought might be good with bugs(mild, brown and a baltic porter). From a 125ml Activator smack pack of Roeselare Blend, i added 50ml to the unfermented extract batch, and 25ml to the 3 other fermented batches. If i pitch Roeselare for primary fermentation with no other yeasts, can I leave it in there for 18months or should I rack to a secondary? I never rack 5 gal batches but I never leave things more than a month.

Also, how critical is it that I leave the jugs undisturbed? Right now i have them up in the house but when its warmer out, I'll move them to the basement and likely disturb the pellicle. Is that something i should worry about?

No you do not need to rack. Just let the bugs go to town on your beer. Also if at all possible I would pick one place where gourd bugs can stay for the year+.

It sounds like a really fun experiment! I hope if turns out well.
