Default Picked up Lacto:5335 and Pedio:5733 on sale - What are the flavor profiles?

Hello all,

i've been wanting to get into some random sour making here soon as i feel it's time and im' finally in a house where i can let my carboys sit for as long as they need.
i was at my LHBS and came across these on sale as they were about to expire, so i figured what they hey, good time to brew them!

So i'm curious... what are the flavor profiles of each? or is there any good sour recipes that involve these? any good commercial examples?

Thanks ahead of time!

Pedio tastes a lot like butterscotch (dyacetyl) and isn't used (typically) without brett. Lacto reminds me of yogurt.
