I've had a couple with a lacto pellicle that reappeared in the bottle. After a bit of longer-than-usual storage, the pellicle in the bottle fell into the yeast sediment. A little swirl once or twice to moisten the "ring" and that disappeared about a week later. Bottles look clean, pour nice, and the lacto integrated nicely in the flavors. Of course, that's lacto vs. brett, but my assumption would be that the brett will fall eventually too. I've talked to quite a few people who have done lambics and found thick, nasty-looking pellicles in their bottles....after sufficient aging, they generally fall/integrate too (but then, some lambics take 1-3yrs to age, not sure if your recipe can stand that long....)
