Default Pear Lambic

I've never made a Lambic and don't think I've ever had one. But I have lots of pears and would like to make one.

Does anyone have a detailed recipe that will walk me through my first pear lambic?

Thanks,
Brad

Start by reading through this:

Note that you're looking at a year or so before you get to the "adding fruit" point, so the pears you have on hand aren't likely to factor in the picture (but if they come from pear trees you have on hand, that could be good).

Why not make a Perry or even a sour Perry? Maybe a Brett only Perry?
