Not Really Wild

Thought this was the place to ask though.

I'm going to brew a Gose, and was wondering if Safbrew WB-06 would be a good yeast to use. I could SWEAR I saw it in a recipe, but now can't seem to find it and don't want to ruin 5 gallons of a special SWMBO brew.

Thanks!

I think the normal practice (if Gose has a normal) is to brew with a neutralish German yeast. I would say to brew with whatever sounds like it would go well with everything else in the Gose. I used a saison yeast in mine and loved it. If you want the hefe flavors of banana/clove, go with WB06. If you want neutral, go with US05, kolsch or something similar.
