This recipe is for a full boil I think I used 6.5 gals for my boil.

8.0 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 5.0 %
4.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 2.5 %
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 2.5 %

1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (60 min) Hops 16.3IBU
0.75 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (40 min) Hops 10.7 IBU
0.25 oz Tettnang [4.50%] (60 min) Hops 3.7 IBU
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (5 min) Hops 0.8 IBU

0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15.0 min) Misc

1 Pkgs English Ale (White Labs #WLP002) Yeast-Ale

3.78 oz corn sugar for priming.

I bottled this batch on 5/6/07 and have not tasted the final product yet, but so far it tastes awesome!. I will update when I taste it in a few weeks.
