This porter is freakin' outstanding! Here's the 15 gallon AG version I brewed this weekend:
33.33 lbs 2-row (I used 1/2 German pilsner and 1/2 Moravian malt)
2.5 lbs Crystal 60
2.5 lbs Chocolate Malt
1.33 lbs Carapils
0.6 lbs Black Barley
0.2 lbs Roasted Barley
5.5 oz Tettnang (4.0%) at 60 minutes
Harvested PacMan Yeast
Single infusion mash at 155 degrees F for 60 minutes
60 minute boil
It smells and tastes FANTASTIC already!
