Pacific Imperial Porter (PIP)
I'm on my 3rd 15 bbl batch now and it's selling off the shelf.
It's all grain. Striked with 450gl and sparged with 225.
60 min boil.

1 chocolate malt
1 black Patton (ground up)
7 corn sugar
5.2 gal Amber candy sugar
Yeast used was 1 bag of 04 and 1 bag MauriBrew which is like an 05.
Pitched at 65degrees.
