Default London Porter (not Fullers clone)

This makes for a good English brown porter with some chocolate notes.

6 lbs 12.0 oz Maris Otter (4.0 SRM)
1 lbs Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM)
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Special B (Dingemans) (147.5 SRM)
8.0 oz Special Roast (50.0 SRM)

1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [6.90 %] (60 min)
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (20 min)

Mash at 156 F for 60 minutes using 1.25 quarts per lb of grain. Sparge to collect about 7 gallons of wort.
