3.00 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Caraaroma (130.0 SRM)
0.25 lb Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM)

Hops
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min)
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (30 min)
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (5 min)

Yeast
1 Pkgs London ESB Ale (Wyeast Labs #1968) Yeast-Ale


Single Infusion, No Mash Out @ 156F

Measured Original Gravity: 1.059 SG
Measured Final Gravity: 1.018 SG


This was probably my third adjustment to my starting recipe. Its a hit when served and has gotten 1st's and 2nd's in Brown Porters when sent in to competitions.

Always looking for feedback and adjustments!
