6 lbs Light Dry Malt Extract
1 lb Chocolate Malt
1 lb Crystal Malt 6 Row 10 Lovibond
.5 lb Roasted Barley
1/4 lb Peated Malt
2oz Styrian Goldings Hops 3.5 (at beginning of Boil)
.5 Styrian Goldings Hops 3.5 (30 Mins into Boil)
.5 Styrian Goldings Hops 3.5 (at Flame Out)
Nottingham Yeast
