Default Zuljin's Wheat

8 lbs 6 row
4 lbs wheat
1 oz coriander at 30 minutes
Zest of 2 oranges at 50 minutes
Zest of half a lemon at 50 minutes
1 oz Columbus at 30 min
1 oz Citra at 50 minutes

This is a 5 gallon batch. What ya think?

I'm going for a wheat with citrus flavor, but not too hoppy. Columbus is described as having a woody flavor which I think will go well with the coriander.

I'm mainly wondering about the zest. I've used fruit and berries before, but never zest.
