(Tie) Special Roast/Pale Chocolate/Victory/&Melanoiden
Hops: Amarillo + Centennial + Columbus
Yeast: WLP001

...keep 'em coming! Its looking like a hoppy amber ale so far...

Just for fun, I added every recipe I have done or want to do into beersmith and put them in my shopping cart and this is what it looks like I like:

Base: Vienna
Crystal: 40L (so, so, far down the list. Looks like I don't like Crystal)
Specialty: Torrified Wheat (all those Wit beers)
Hops: Willimette
Yeast: London Ale III Wyeast #1318
