Need a yeast for this session mild Im making. Im thinking Chico or give Pacman a try.

8.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 84.21 %
0.50 lb Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) Grain 5.26 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 5.26 %
0.50 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 5.26 %
1.00 oz Saaz [4.00 %] (60 min) Hops 14.1 IBU
0.50 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] (5 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
0.50 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] (5 min)

Or how about an English strain for some tradition? 1056 and Pacman are pretty bland yeasts to me - for a small grain bill I like to derive my flavor from other sources. An estery English strain is where you can get some serious punch from your malt.
