It's an excellent nutrient - many are just diammonium phosphate, but this one has all kinds of nutrients (most importantly zinc) in it. I use it in the starter and in the full batch. 1/4 tsp in the starter, and anywhere from 1/2 to 1 tsp for the full batch.
