Default Yeast Nutrient

Hello, this may seem like a dumb question. I have a bottle of go-ferm, can I use that just like a regular yeast nutrient or is go-ferm only used when rehydrating yeast? Kind of in a pinch as brew store is closed today. Thanks!!

I have some yeast nutrient, but honestly Ive never used it in a brew. I always forget I have it. Never had a problem without it. Im not sure what go-ferm is....

in beer there is usually enough nutrients from the barley that extra nutrients are not required
