I just received an order from Hop and Grape in the UK. And there were no customs this time. Rockin'!

I received Wyeast 1028, Wyeast 1968 and White Labs Burton Ale yeast along with some Northdown hops.

With repitching, that yeast will last me quite some time. Gonna make a lot of British styles this winter. Pretty happy about it, so had to share with some people who can understand.

Aging: Imperial Oatmeal Stout on Vanilla beans.

Naw, don't wanna slant it. Repitching works for me fine. I like to try different yeast now and then anyway so it's all good.
