Is it the yeast that makes a wheat beer cloudy or is it the grain? I ask because I used Wyeast 3068 Wheat Yeast last night on the all Cascade I brewed. No wheat grains were used. The only reason I used that yeast was because it was getting old and this was a small experimental batch. What impact will using this yeast have on an APA style beer?
