Looking at it though, you're at about 70 IBUs for a 4.5% beer (4.5% at 80% efficiency even!) That's going to be really bitter. I would consider scaling that back a bit.
If they were MY ingredients, I would throw the hops all in at 10 minutes or less. Do a hop burst. It can produce some interesting results. You'd be well within the style guidelines of an american pale at that point.
