Default Working on recipe DB, need help.

I need to create a list of beer styles for everyone to put recipes under.

Should I do like brewing style; all grain, extract, etc.

Or should I do by type? Ale, lager, etc

I'd run it by type. I know that when I'm thinking about what to make next, I go to what kind of taste or style I'm looking for, and then search for a recipe based on the style.

I look forward to seeing (and using!) the finished product.

I was thinking type as well.

Everyone please list the types you would like listed so I don't miss any.

Granted, pdf is a pain to copy from, but why not steal from the source? http://www.beertown.org/education/styles.html

Why not use the BJCP styles? Seems like most homebrewers would usually use this as a guide.

I vote for bjcp styles, even if we have to wait 3 years for your lambic recipe, Tx!

This sounds great, though as a newbie, I would like to know which recipes are extract right off the bat so I know not to mess with the all-grains, at least not yet... soon though....
