Default Witkap Pater Stimulo clone

OK, while In Belgium I tried this beer...SWMBO loved it and I would like to make a clone. I'm still in the process of trying to find a recipe online somewhere but its coming up with no luck. Its an abbey ale and incredible tasting coming in at 6%. Any help would be awesome.

Looks like I'm going to answer my own request...

Finally found a recipe for the Witkap and thought I'd run it buy everyone for an opinion.

Steeping grains
20° German crystal .5lbs

Malts
Called for 4lbs extra light DME and 3 Lbs extra light LME
Going with appx 8.75lbs extra light LME
Belgian clear candy sugar .5lbs

Additives when
irish moss 1 tsp 45 minutes
fresh lemon zest 1 tsp 45 minutes
dried orange peel 1/2 oz 45 minutes
ground coriander 1/2 tsp 45 minutes
dried orange peel 1/2 oz 59 minutes

Hops
Styrian Goldings 1 1/2 oz bittering (susbstituted Magnum here due to my LHBS not having Styrian goldings in stock)
Czech Saaz 1/2 oz flavor

oh and the recipe didn't give boil times on the hops. I'd appreciate any suggestions

Yeast
White Labs Trappist WLP500

Bottling
corn sugar 1/2 cup
dark belgian candi sugar 1/3 cup

would you say two cups water here?

I'm planning on brewing this one up this evening so any suggestions will be appreciated.
